Our team makes it great coming to work. I thoroughly enjoy working alongside my friends and teammates. I have been promoted several times because I work hard and care about our guests and colleagues. Opportunity for promotion is available if you would apply yourself. I’ve worked for several different managers and all have been outstanding giving me the chance to improve and grow. The benefits are very good for a hospitality company. The Senior Staff always go out of their way to make sure that we are taken care of. I truly love working for Up To Par and Taylor Hospitality.
The Management team truly cares about the employees…there are too many examples of how they go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that the employees are successful. My manager works alongside of me when I am busy. He is constantly helping me improve in my job. The company believes in outstanding guest experience and is always striving to raise the bar for service. We have an awesome time working together and support each other. It is the first time I really feel apart of a team.
We’re never bored when it comes to marketing at UTP + TH. Every day you get the chance to tackle a new challenge and truly embrace Lean Management by finding ways to become more efficient. The culture can be defined as family – we are a family and try to take care of each other as much as possible.Bottom line, we work hard. And the expectation is that you will give it your all. It can be a culture shock for some, but it is extremely rewarding to see your hard work pay off.
It is so nice to actually wake up in the morning and look forward to going to work. I think of my co-workers as friends. Everyone cares about each other, not just on a professional level but also genuinely cares about everyone on a personal level. It really is like a family.
II thoroughly enjoyed working at all four properties that Up To Par Managed. All the different management teams were fantastic and very caring about me and fellow employees. Everyone worked very hard to create memorable experiences for the guests and members. I learned a tremendous amount about food and beverage… I would absolutely work for Up To Par again! The pay was great, and the people were better!
The corporate team and property teams are some of the best to work with. It’s truly an upbeat and positive environment to be in. Everyone is supportive of each other and TEAMWORK is huge. The company cares about its employees, staff and customers. So glad to be apart of the team!
