Sean Taylor

Founder & CEO

Sean is a dedicated club and hospitality leader. After leading teams for 25 years at facilities
such as Duke University, Callawassie Island, and Grand Cypress Resort he founded Up To
Par Management and Taylor Hospitality. Over the past 12 years, Sean has led Up To Par
Management & Taylor Hospitality to be a national club and hospitality management firm
with clients throughout the country. Up To Par Management & Taylor Hospitality specializes
in fixing the financial performance of clubs, hotels, resorts, and restaurants through
a systematic Six Sigma approach of increased sales, marketing that works, enhanced
associate engagement, efficient and effective operational excellence.

Sean routinely is an industry speaker for the National Golf Course Owners Association, Mid Atlantic Golf Course Owners Association, New England Golf Course Owners Association, Michigan Golf Course Owners Association, PGA of America, and its many sections. Sean has served as President of the Mid Atlantic Professional Golf Association Southern Chapter.

Debbie Knick

Director, Finance and HR

Debbie is an experienced hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience.
She is a dedicated professional with experience in HR administration, recruitment, onboarding,
and organizational development. Debbie provides clients with both short and long-term human resources consulting support, including managing the complete employee life-cycle and administering benefit programs. Debbie has a background in finance administration to assist with payroll and the budgeting process.

Gregg Krepps

Director. Hospitality

Greg is a dedicated hospitality leader. Trained in culinary arts, Greg graduated from Johnson
& Wales in 1997 with a degree in Culinary Arts. His 20 plus years in the industry have been
punctuated with positions of ever-increasing responsibility. Greg provides strategic direction
and operational support for all Up To Par Management & Taylor Hospitality properties. Up
To Par specializes in fixing the financial performance of clubs, hotels, resorts, and restaurants
through a systematic Six Sigma approach of increased sales, marketing that works, enhanced
associate engagement, efficient and effective operational excellence.

Michael White

Regional Director, Hotel Operations

Michael is a hospitality industry professional with over 15 years under his belt, his passion for people and drive for excellence make him ideally suited for leading the teams at each location toward common goals. He is in charge of training and development of the hotel operations teams with a focus on guest satisfaction, processes, and reporting.

Natalia Contreras

Director, Marketing

Natalia is a marketing and communications professional with more than a dozen years
of experience. She’s dedicated to developing, refining, and implementing brand strategy,
creative services, and marketing communications. Natalia works closely with marketing,
sales and operations teams to ensure brand positioning and marketing is executed properly
through all the marketing channels for both our clients and corporate level.
