Each year, Lexington welcomes visitors that have come to expect great events, wonderful music, scenic vistas, and delicious offerings from its many restaurants. This summer the town is bursting with excitement as we get ready for visitors.
The goal is to showcase the best Lexington has to offer – from shopping to concerts and everything in between! We expect visitors to join us for a hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway and later enjoy a relaxing evening downtown.
In addition to the hiking, museums, historic sites, carriage tours, shows at the Virginia Horse Center, and other nature offerings, visitors to Lexington should make plans to attend the following summer events:

- Boxerwood’s Music in the Garden Series
