I love the team we have at our property. We are all committed to serving the guest and each other. Yes, the expectation is that we do serve our guests…and we are thrilled to do so. Our team leaders are some of the best I have worked within hospitality, they will jump in whenever it is needed to provide support and help. There is no job that is beneath them. I have had such a great opportunity to grow within the company, and I have been recognized for it and continue to look to grow.
